Over the past decade, the paleo diet has become all the rage. It’s based on following the supposed diet of our ancestors, living nearly 2.5 million years ago. Regardless of the accuracy of the paleo diet, it is a philosophy generally based on sound nutrition advice, with an emphasis on whole, unprocessed foods. It can be beneficial for healthy eating and weight loss.

  1. Sustainability – Are you confident you can stick to this approach for the long term? This means restricting most, if not all, processed foods. It can also be more expensive to follow than other diet strategies. Is this realistically feasible for you?

  3. Quality & Quantity – Paleo diets focus on “what” foods you’re eating and not necessarily “how much” food you’re eating. Our coaching helps consider the overall quantity of food you’re eating to ensure a proper calorie balance.
