The good news is that most any popular diet can work. The bad news is that not many of them take into account your individual situation. Not a fan of meat? Good luck with the carnivore diet. Love a good steak? Forget about vegan. Before deciding on an approach, think about YOU…what you like to eat, your preferred eating schedule, your life’s demands (family, work, etc.). All of these aspects must be identified first. Otherwise, you’re setting yourself up for failure.

At the end of the day, it all comes down to consistency. You need to figure out what approach works best for you, and that doesn’t necessarily mean a brand name diet. The best diet you can follow is the one that’s the most Simple, Sensible, and Sustainable!
